Prior to your treatment, please make sure your eyes are free of makeup, mascara, and false eyelashes.
If you use a lash serum, please stop product use for 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you wear contact lenses, please make sure they are removed prior to treatment.
Why can’t I get my eyelashes wet after a lash lift?
It’s best to avoid any type of moisture to your lashes for at least 24 hours following your lash treatment. This is because in the immediate hours after the lift, the lashes are returning to a normal pH level. Water, mascara, etc. can weigh down the lashes and compromise the lift that was set via the chemical change from your treatment. Think of it as being similar to getting your hair done at the salon. You wouldn’t want your hair to get rained on after leaving the salon as it would cause the hair to go flat - water would have similar effects to your newly lifted eyelashes.
How long does a lash lift last?
A lash lift will last about 6-8 weeks depending on aftercare.
